A 12-week personalised meal program that is designed to guide, educate and motivate you to create healthy eating habits and help you achieve your goals.

Do you feel lost in the world of health and fitness, and want to know what you should be eating to achieve your goals? This program will help give you the answers.

This program helps you with:

  • Having structure, support & motivation to eat well. 

  • Creating sustainable eating habits that will help you eat well beyond the 12-weeks.

  • Having a flexible diet that doesn't restrict foods - a combination of whole foods and 'soul foods' (yes, occasional cheat meals are encouraged!).

  • Learn new delicious & easy recipes that are easy to make, no matter what your current cooking skills are.

  • Reach body composition goals: Increase muscle mass / decrease fat mass.

  • Increase your knowledge about nutrition.

  • Increase exercise performance with pre and post-training foods to optimise energy and recovery.

  • Increase energy levels through tailored calories, macronutrients and micronutrients.

  • Can choose your variety eg. Same breakfasts all week or 2 different breakfasts for the week etc.

  • Daily foods that equal your recommended calories and macronutrients - all worked out by Nutritionist.

  • Considers your likes, dislikes and cooking skills.

Monthly Consultation Appointment

  • Talk in-depth about your experience and progress in the 12-Week Program.

Education Modules

  • Topics include: Macronutrients, micronutrients and others based on topics of your choice.

  • A few examples of topics of choice: Skin health, gut health, period cycle and metabolism, muscle recovery, fat loss.

  • In the form of podcasts, videos and short articles.

Shopping lists

  • Weekly shopping lists that include all ingredients you will need for the week. 

  • Includes check boxes for you to take to the shops.

Access to the MNP Community

  • Join our Facebook group with other people doing an MNP program or have previously done one. 

  • Sharing recipes, resource recommendations, discussions about nutrition, cooking, lifestyle and mind-set tips!

  • Feel supported with other like-minded people who have similar goals to you.
